Fixing the Vauxhall Gyratory

There are more and more people riding bikes or walking across the bridges. And many more would like to if the conditions were made more pleasant.

As London grows we also need more people using public transport which means letting the public transport have road space as well as the cyclists and essential lorries/vans.

But we don't want 6 lane gyratories. So, what's the solution?
